WHO WE ARE

Howes, Weiler, Landy was established in 2005 by the principals Mr. Michael Howes and Mr. Stan Weiler. The focus of the company has been a deep expertise in local politics and the associated approvals needed for land development projects.

In 2014, the company established an engineering division as an additional service to their clients. This proved to be a benefit to many of their clients.

In 2017 Mr. Howes semi-retired and Mr. Mel Landy, a Professional Civil Engineer with over 20 years local experience, joined the firm as a Principal and oversees the engineering services within the company as well as the normal day to day operations. Mr. Landy has added to the company a strong team of engineers, surveyors, and client contacts which have developed into regional projects.

Mr. Weiler continues to oversee the entitlement processing for all projects along with his team of Planners and manages many of the day to day operations of the company. Mr. Howes still keeps an office and is the one of the firm’s primary contacts for political relationships in the North San Diego County Area.
